What can be altered or repaired?

Our price list includes shortening trousers, skirts, shirt sleeves, suit-jacket sleeves and suit-jacket length, as well as small repairs. Zips and special-dress alterations are assessed according to the work required. Feasibility depends on the cut, seam allowance, lining and material.

How much do alterations cost?

Indicative prices including VAT: trouser shortening CHF 23.50, shirt sleeves CHF 35.00, skirt shortening CHF 42.50, suit-jacket sleeves CHF 50.00 and suit-jacket length CHF 70.00. Small repairs CHF 10.00; other repairs and zips according to the work required. Special work is discussed individually.

What should I bring to a fitting?

For trouser or skirt length, bring the shoes you plan to wear. For the fit of a jacket, bring the clothing you intend to wear underneath where possible. We can discuss any existing markings and your preferences together.

Can you collect my garment?

You can request pickup for a simple, clearly agreed repair. Length or fit alterations may require an in-person fitting. Send a description first; photos help with an initial discussion but do not replace an assessment of the garment.

Find us at Seestrasse 410, 8038 Zurich Wollishofen. Monday–Friday 09:00–18:30, Saturday 09:00–16:00. Keep your collection receipt.

Free pickup and delivery within 5 km

Send your address, the number and type of items and your preferred date by WhatsApp or email. Our personal reply confirms the appointment and order. For alterations needing a fitting, we first arrange a visit to the shop.

When will my items be ready?

Agree the collection date when you drop off your items. Mention any fixed event date in your enquiry. Timing depends on the item and work required and is agreed personally.
